Samuel Adebayo Falope


Samuel Adebayo Falope is the current President of Ise Descendants Union, IDU, and also doubles as the President of Yoruba Association in Colorado. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Petrochemical Science and Technology, and Advanced Diploma in Purchasing and Supply Management, from the University of Lagos, Nigeria. Sam, as he is fondly called, worked briefly as a Process Engineer at Warri and Kaduna Refineries and Petrochemical Companies before joining Texaco Overseas (Nigeria) Petroleum Company as a Material Officer for 8 years. He relocated to the United States in April 2000. While in the US, he attended the University of Phoenix and bagged the Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA,) with specialization in Operation Optimization. Sam has worked for the State of Colorado’s Department of Human Services for five years. He is also a licensed Financial Advisor for the State of Colorado and Texas. He is currently an Assistant Manager at Bethesda Lutheran Organization. Sam is married with children, and his hobbies include soccer and tennis.

Dele Ajaja


Dele Ajaja, Nigerian-born journalist, author, media practitioner, social critic, and civil rights activist, reported for TELL Communications, publishers of TELL Magazine, a leading Nigerian newsmagazine, in the early 90s. He cofounded both JUNE 12 Magazine (1994) and Ekiti News (1995.) JUNE 12 Magazine, a pro-democracy news-outlet, was named after the June12, 1993 presidential election annulled by the junta led by General Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida. Dele went into exile in Ghana in 1996, and relocated to the USA in 1999. A seasoned writer – he wrote three books during his early years in the United States, including The Return of al-Qaeda, Tear Down the Iron Curtains, and The Hidden Treasures in Gray Hair. Dele dedicates his writings to tolerance, social justice, equality, and the other issues that challenge mankind. Prior to embarking on the lifelong vocation of writing, Dele studied at various institutions of higher learning, including the University of Ife, renamed Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife; School of Post-Graduate, Nigerian Institute of Journalism, Lagos; and the University of Arizona, Tucson, USA. He won the Lionel E. Rombach Outstanding MPA Student Award at the School of Government and Public Policy, University of Arizona, in 2013. Dele, who was also the Class of 2013 Valedictorian at the school, was inducted into the Pi Alpha Alpha – The National Honor Society for Public Affairs and Administration in the United States of America. Dele has worked for the Arizona State Judiciary for over 20 years.

Timothy Olusola Kumapayi

Dr. Timothy Olusola Kumapayi is a Clinical Pharmacist with Walmart Inc. in Michigan, U.S.A. He Has A Doctor Of Pharmacy Degree from Howard University, Washington D.C. He is dedicated to the Pharmacy profession and is an active member of the American Pharmacists Association (APHA.) He has attended several conventions all over the United States. While in Nigeria, Timothy established Konfidek Pharmacy, a successful and thriving pharmacy in Lagos that became a pharmaceutical hub to the Alapere community in Lagos. Timothy is a member of Pharmaton 693, an award winning cooperative society in Lagos State. His hobbies include traveling, meeting people, and reading. Timothy is proud of his Ekiti heritage and African roots. He portrays his culture to his foreign friends by wearing African dresses, culture/food, and stimulating interests in Ekiti, Nigeria, and Africa.

Abiodun Daramola


Mr. Abiodun Daramola attended Ondo State Polytechnic, Owo, Nigeria, where he obtained the National Diploma in Business Administration and Management. He worked for Alitalia Airline in Lagos, Nigeria, for a couple of years, before relocating to the United States of America in 1996. Fondly hailed by friends as Abbey, he is currently the Program Manager at the Abbott Home and Healthcare outfit in Queens, New York.



Engr. Ayodele Dauda Salami hails from Eleigba clan of Ofigba quarters in Ise Ekiti. He attended Ansar-ur -deen Primary School, Ise-Ekiti, from 1969 - 1975. He proceeded to Ise - Emure Grammar School between 1975 and 1980. He later attended the Federal School of Arts and Science, Ondo, in 1981. He gained admission to study Civil Engineering at the University of Ibadan, Ibadan, in 1982. He graduated from the same university in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science honour degree. He had a Master's Degree in Public Administration at the Ekiti State University, Ado Ekiti. He is a registered member of the Council for Regulations of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN.) He is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM.) He is a student member of the chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply, and a Director at the Local Government Service of Ekiti State. He is married with children.
